As a child, my girlfriends and I used to have picnic's in Mt. Moriah Cemetary. At the time Betsy Ross was buried there. In 1976 she was moved downtown to be convenient for the visiting tourist's. It used to be a safe place. Very sad!! Holy Cross is a little way's away in Yeadon. I was there last year and it's still a beautiful place.
