Ann Pryor, daughter of Calvin W. and Elizabeth Pryor was born in 1838 in Carbon County. When she was only 2 years old ( 1840) she reached up and grabbed her father's shaving mug with boiling water and accidentally poured the hot water down her throat. She died from the burns. At that time the family was living in Philadelphia. I have no record as to where Ann was buried. If you happen to see mention of a grave of a Pryor child in Philadelphia County or Carbon County I would dearly love to hear from you. By 1843 the family has migrated to Missouri and left the grave of Ann behind with no mention in any of the family records as to where they laid her to rest. Kathleen Burnett
