Article Text: Pottsville, Pa., Jan. 5.--The grand jury today ignored the bill against Mrs. Nicholas DiMIDIO, who was charged with the murder of her husband, a mine contractor, at their home near Minersville. DiMIDIO was slain in a pistol duel between him and his wife in their bed chamber. It developed in an investigation that bullets of the calibre of the weapon in his own hands had entered the vital parts of his body, which indicated that he had inflicted the fatal wounds.
