Article Text: Ran-away on the 31st of May past, from Edward ANNELY of Philadelphia, Joyner, a Welch servant man named George MORGAN, talks pretty much on the Welch tongue, by trade a Joyner, about 28 years of age, he is pretty tall and well set, of a fresh complexion, and has dark brown curl'd hair. He has the mark of an old wound on the pit of his stomach. He had on when he went away, a good beaver hat without button or lining, a dark gray kersey coat with white metal buttons, a whitish linen jacket, striped homespun linen breeches, and a pair of white trowsers with a large piece down one of the hips, new yarn stockings, and pretty good shoes.
