Article Text: Ran-away on the 23d of June from David DAVIES of Goshen in Chester County, an Irish servant man named James ROULT, aged about 25 years, of middle stature, swarthy complexion, a little pockfretten, looks brisk. Had on a good felt hat, a worsted cap, a black vest coat, a check shirt, striped breeches, old trowsers, new round toe'd shoes, with a buckle to one, and a string to the other. He pretends to be a Linen-Weaver by trade, has been but about three weeks in the country, and ran-away once before.
