Article Text: Ran-away on the 4th of this instant, from Thomas FLETCHER of Abington, in the County of Philadelphia, a servant man named William MORGAN, of Welsh descent, he is about 26 years of age, of middling stature and slender, has very long and crooked teeth, chews much tobacco, is pretty full faced, has short black hair, small legs, and one ancle bending much inward, had on a good felt hat, oznabrigs shirt, a new sute of homespun cloth clothes of a light colour, and trimm'd with a dark olive colour, thread stockings and good shoes.
