Little Girl, for Custody of Whom Suit is Being Waged, Returned to Grandmother. Article Text: Begging her mother not to cry as she was taken from her arms, 7-year-old Dorothy DONALDSON, for the custody of whom a legal battle is being waged, was taken from her parent's apartments to the home of her grandmother yesterday afternoon at the termination of the three days during which the court allowed Mrs. Keith DONALDSON to care for her daughter. Across the street at the elder Mrs. DONALDSON's home at 2003 Chestnut street, the grandmothr waited for the approach of the child. She will remain with Mrs. William F. DONALDSON until a decision ruling on the custody of the little girl is given by the court. This is expected within a few days. There was a pathetic scene at the parting of the child and her mother. With her arms around her parent's neck, Dorothy promised here that she would come to see her soon. When she left her mother's apartments at the southeast corner of Twentieth and Chestnut streets she carried a large doll, her mother's Christmas present to her.
