Article Text: Hazleton, Pa., Jan. 5.--Seeking damages for the killing of her son, Neil WARD, under a Lehigh Traction Company car in 1907. Mrs. Julia WARD, of Ebervale, lost through the decision of Judge Henry A. FULLER, who held that she had no case. There had been five trials in this suit.
