Dr. Thomas R. HOWLETT took place yesterday afternoon at 3710 Hamilton street. There was a large attendance, which included several prominent ministers of the Baptist denomination. The services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Boyce TUPPER, Rev. Dr. George REES and Rev. Dr. J. G. WALKER. The body lay in a handsome cloth covered casket.
