There is to be sold by the said widdow the following things, viz. one servant man's time, one negroe woman, four horses, one cart and gears, saddles and bridles, a tallow chandlers work-house and utensils, soap and rendered tallow, a water lot and it's improvements, a lot in Mulbery-Street (commonly called Areh-Street.)
