Article Text: Publick notice is hereby given to all persons indebted to ANDREWS and POSTLEWAITE, Brewers, (late in partnership) that they have settled their accompts by arbitration, by which it is awarded that Epraim ANDREWS shall receive the respective sums due to them, and that John POSTLEWAITE hath no power to collect or receive the same.
