For assault on Rachel CHIVERS, with intent to ravish, to stand in the pillory one hour, and receive 39 lashes at 6 corners of the streets of this city, and give security for his good behavior for 7 years. Martha. Wife of Leonard CASH, for stealing muffin, the property of ______ to pay 4 l. towards support of government, and receive 21 lashes at the whipping post and immediately to depart this city. For killing and wounding about 3 years since, several sheep, the property of Thomas LACY of this city, Butcher, fined 25 l., to stand in the pillory one hour, and give 100 l. security for his good behavior for one year.
