Article Text: Run away sometime last week, from Jonathan RAYMAN's Shallop lying at Philadelphia, an Irish servant man named Andrew DOWDALL, aged 28 or 30 years, of a middle stature, a dark brown complexion, wearing his own hair and a suit of homespun or country made cloth.
