Article Text: Whereas John STEWART, John MILLER and his wife, George GRAGSON, Mary THOMSON, Robert SLOUS, and several other persons, came passengers on Redemption, from the Kingdom of Ireland into the River Delaware, in the Brigantine John, Robert HAMILTON late Master, and Anthony PEELL of Philadelphia sole owner, which said passengers were imported at the sole charge of the said Anthony PEELL, to whom of right the money for their several passages is justly due. This is therefore to give notice to the said John STEWART, George GRAGSON, Mary THOMSON, Robert SLOUS, and all others who came passengers in the said vessel, and to every of them, and they are hereby required to come and pay to the said Anthony PEELL the money due for the several and respective passages on board the said vessel, and if they fail so to do, or shall pay the same to the said Robert HAMILTON, or any other person (except to the said Anthony PEELL, or his Order) he will prosecute the said persons as the law directs, no person having a right to receive or give lawful discharges for the said passage money except the subscriber, Anthony PEELL.
