Article Text: Ran away on the 29th of August last from his Master, James SHELDS of West-Bradford in Chester-County, a Devonshire servant man named Samuel HOOPER, a woollen weaver by trade. He is about 23 years of age, pretty small stature, and of a swarthy complexion. He has a long sharp nose, black eye brows, and black bushy hair. When he speaks he cuts short his words. He had on when he went away a narrow brimm'd felt hat, an old snuff colour'd drugget coat full trimm'd, striped flanel jacket, grey kersey breeches lin'd with linen, coarse linen shirt without shoulder straps, grey yarn stockings, and old shoes. He took a dun horse with him neither branded nor ear-mark'd.
