Article Text: Ran-away on the 13th of Decemb. past, from William PATTERSON's shallop, at Philadelphia, a servant man nam'd John MCDOWELL, about 20 years of age, well set, and fresh colour'd, and has short black hair. He had on when he went away a double breasted ratteen jacket with a brownish one under it, leather breeches, coarse shirt, old shoes, and a felt hat.
