Article Text: Ran-away the 4th instant from Mr. NEWTON, at the South End of Boston, his servant Richard WILLIAMS, a Welchman, about 25 years of age, a fresh colour'd, short, well set fellow, had on when he went away, a dark colour'd cloth double breasted coat, and a doe skin pair of breeches, and a black perriwig. Whoever shall discover the said Richard WILLIAMS to his Master, so that he may be apprehended, shall receive five pounds reward.
