Article Text: We continually hear from all parts of the country, of the great damages done by the late rains; in breaking and carrying away, bridges, banks, milldams, &c. On Tuesday the 4th inst. at the first rising of the Fresh in Skuylkill, a young man, son of William COUCH, was unfortunately drowned in that river, by the oversetting of a canoe, while he was attempting to draw in a rockline.
