Wilkesbarre, Pa., Jan. 24 - The HARVEY brothers have been given a verdict of $1,450 in their suit against the Lehigh and Wilkesbarre Coal Company. They charged that the dust from a breaker owned by the company settled on some of the houses they own and make them rent at a much lower figure than they are worth. The case may be the means of mulcting the coal companies of a lot of money, for there are many cases like it in the coal regions.
