Article Text: Whereas Morris KERREL, my indented servant for four years (who has been a base and wicked servant in many respects) makes a frequent practice to neglect my business, and works about in this city for others without my leave, or licence (tho' have often forbid him, and forewarn'd several persons not to employ him) by which practice he gets money and is very often drunk therewith. Therefore to prevent such vile doings in him, or others who employ him, I do hereby describe him (tho' well known in this place) he is a short down look'd Irishman, muttering in speech, wearing a felt hat, upon a cap, his hair cut off, oznabrigs jacket, breeches and trowsers, a garlic shirt and others, he has shoes and stockings, is much given to drink to excess, deceit and lying. I do hereby forbid all persons to detain, entertain, trust or employ him night or day, in anywise whatsoever, otherwise I will prosecute them as far as the law will permit me.
