One from William OVERTHROW, named Philip DUN, an Irishman, aged about 18 years, by trade a Wheelwright and Sawyer, of middle stature, round shoulder'd, small eyes and a down look, a fresh colour, and black hair or a brown wigg, his right leg is shorter than his left, and he limps; he had on a light colour'd double breasted pee-jacket with some brass buttons on it, oznabrigs jacket, trowsers, and shirt, also a fine Holland shirt, worsted stockings, and new shoes. The other from James KIRK, named Charles WHITACER, about 25 years of age, an Englishman and speaks West-Country, by trade a Sawyer, of middle stature and well-set, stoops much in the shoulders, of a fresh ruddy complexion, and black beard and hair; had on an old felt hat, oznabrigs jacket and trowsers, a brown coat with white metal buttons with a rose on them, an oznabrigs shirt, and a fine garlix shirt, and good double-soal'd shoes. Wilkesbarre, Pa., Jan. 24 - The HARVEY brothers have been given a verdict of $1,450 in their suit against the Lehigh and Wilkesbarre Coal Company. They charged that the dust from a breaker owned by the company settled on some of the houses they own and make them rent at a much lower figure than they are worth. The case may be the means of mulcting the coal companies of a lot of money, for there are many cases like it in the coal regions.
