Back in the 1930's my father and I would walk to the "National Cemetery on Limekiln Pike on Armistice Day.At 11:00 A.M. they would blow all the sirens and everyone would stop what they were doing for one minute and with hand over heart honored the fallen soldiers.What ever became of that tradition?
