That was what I said....remember? That the site was originally folks that visited cemeteries and photographed headstones, not the way many do, today, as evidenced by Kathi, and others. There is negativity because it has, sadly, strayed from the original concept and it seems a good many use it to post what they 'think', etc....never a good practice, and obviously, not everyone enters incontrovertible data, as you do. You were lucky to have had a good experience....many have not been so lucky, and people NEED to be reminded that, along with everything else found on the internet, one must determine the source before knowing how much credence to give what they found. This was a warning, once again, that not everything one sees in print or on the internet, is true. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with it. As an example, I found an ancestor's grave listed, contacted that town's offices, an extremely nice young man actually went out to the cemetery and tyok a picture and sent it to me. I think if this site is used with its actual purpose in mind, there shouldn't be any problems. As for the information that I personally have listed, it is absolutely incontrovertible as I would never enter something that I wasn't absolutely positive about......." >
