I have Ellis Newlin born 26 Sept 1749 as son of Joseph and Phebe Lewis Newlin. Joseph born 29 Sept 1718 and married about 1740 in Newark MM Chester Co; died 28 Nov 1768 in Christiana Hundred, Delaware County. Joseph was son of Nathaniel Newlin, Jr. and Jane Woodward. The information on Ellis is from Ancestry.com so not necessarily reliable but it does fit the time and place.
