from a lookup in early court records,,,1697-1710 The only mention I find is of a law suit between Peter Bob, plaintiff and Timothy Atkinson.....there is no mention of WHAT this suit was about, and there was no declaration...the court said that the" papers delivered were imperfect and the court orders a non-suit."
