I checked the listing for Historical Markers in Chester Co, and there is nothing that has a mention of a Thomas Taylor. Sandra (are you sure you mean the county of Chester? Remember, there is also a township and a town named Chester, so when we read something or other is in Chester, Pa, we need to determine, county? township? town?) So, I also checked Del. Co markers, with no success. "There is suppose to be a marker for Thomas Taylor somewhere in the area of Chester Penn, marking the spot of his home place. Does any one know where this is?
