Morris,d.11 mo.1830,aged about 81;m.7-5-1781,at Middletown Meeting, Mary Sharpless;dau.of Joseph and Mary Sharpless,of Middletown.He was a paper maker on Darby Creek for a time and later removed to Bridgeport,Fayette Co.,Pa.,where he and his sons built engines for the first steamboats on the Monongahela. Evan,m.4-11-1782,at Phila.Meeting,Hannah Dubre,dau.of William and Mary Dubre,of the Northern Liberties of the city of Phila.They had several children. James,b.10-3-1753;d.2-20-1826;m.Phebe Moore. William,killed by a fall from a scaffold,aged 18.
