Sandra, I understand how you feel and totally agree with you about people asking permission and giving full credit before they "appropriate" someone else's work. As a librarian and a writer I know the many tedious hours spent doing research; the creative process involved in writing a history. I must tell you, and the list, that I consider you a "mentor" to me, since I have learned more about genealogy, history, research and process than from anyone else, just from being on this wonderful list of yours for the past few years.
