Ann Salne); s/o Isaac b. 1720 Edgmont, Chester Co., PA, d. Frederick, VA (m. Mary Cherry); s/o Thomas b. abt. 1690/1700 probably in England, buried West Caln, Chester Co., PA (m. Mary). 2) James Dawson, s/o Daniel Dawson and Elizabeth Hallowell, m. Mary Hamilton in Philadelphia in either 1750 or 1762 (he may also have married Sarah Eagle in 172). Daniel was the son of Dorothy and John Dawson, Jr., who was the son of John and Katherine of St. Peter, Le Poer, London. In this country they were affiliated with the Friends Meeting in Abington, PA. Dorothy and John had the following children: John, Ann, Daniel, Sarah, Isaac, Benjamin and (possibly) James.
