    3. I thought I'd send you the Browns included in the 1765 Chester archives, but there are 47 of them!!! So, here are those in Nottingham; Elisha Brown W. Nottingham Ellen Brown " Isaac " " Jacob " " Jeremiah " " John " " Joseph " owned 2?0 acres in West Nottingham (the ? was in the book, not my type) Samuel " West Nottingham William " William " listed as a freeman If, as you suspect, your Browns were Quakers and lived in Nottingham, here is an earlier will, with lots of the same names, that may be ancestors of 'your' Browns....I'll include it, in case there are clues for you; WILLIAMS, ROBERT.
