The earliest Chester will I can find for a James Graham is in 1731 (adm papers rather than a will)...nothing in Del Co, and the 1740s for Lanc. Co S. "James Graham in New Castle in 1682, as a witness to Penn's arrival and claim to the land of New Castle.
