I have just received the DAR long forms for Philip RAPP and his son Barnet RAPP, the first a Patriot, the younger a Private. The source is named, but copies of the data are not included, so I'd like to find this but am not sure how to go about it. The source named is my subject line. I have googled this in various forms, but I haven't found Barnet and am sure there is more to find. Does anyone have online sources? Also, is anyone familiar enough with holdings at the Historical Societies of Chester County and of Pennsylvania to know if this type of record might be there? I'm just not familiar enough with this war and the records available to know what to look for (just as I'm getting a handle on Civil War records, I learn of Revolutionary War ancestors--not a bad "problem" to have :)) Thanks in advance!
