    3. Lately, I"ve been receiving lots of personal requests for this sort of info, and while I'm always glad to help when I can, the main idea of these lists is that there is strength (and more information) in numbers. By asking only one person you are denying yourself the combined knowledge of the other 450+ people on the list.......so, you'd do much better to send your query to everyone rather than limit yourself to just one individual! Sandra According to F&C, Fagg's manor was without a regular pastor from the 1760s through 1781, when John Evans Finley was installed as pastor....he remained in the job till the mid 1790s....so, I wouldn't count on there being much chance of extant records from the 1760s through 1781... I did a quick google and see where the Presbyterian Archives in Philly only have records beginning with 1804....however, elsewhere I saw that the LDS have filmed records - they are listed under New Londonderry Pres. Church 1740-1780, so this may hold what you're looking for. (the earliest online data I found were for marriages, deaths, baptisms from the late 1780+ They seem to start with Rev. Findley)........ There is also a book called Death and Baptism Records, 1781-1793: Fagg's Manor Presbyterian Church, Chester County, PA (but that might be too late for you.) "I wonder if in your research you have come across information about Fagg's Manor Presbyterian Church? I am wonder if there are any existing records from the 1740-1780 period? I have seen some marriage records online from 1791 onward, but do not know if any prior to this are in existence." -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
