Hi, All: I happen to own a deed which transferred part or all of the Francis Stanfield estate in Marple Township to Pearson/Pierson in 1703. My ancestor, Bernardus VanLeer, purchased the land from Pearson/Pierson, and by custom, the old deed went to the purchaser and has come down in the family. The deed is most interesting as a genealogical source since it has on it the names and signatures of the Stanfield children and their spouses. If this particular item is of interest to anyone, I've transcribed it and can send you that transcription.
