It's not always called "French & Indian War" --you would want to go by dates. There might be a bit of reading, but maybe you can find what you need without having to go to a library or order films. I would wait until the beginning of May, when the iarchives website is supposed to be back up, then read the pertinent parts of the Penn Archives online there.
