When I googled: ["eleanor smith" "george stevenson"], the fourth result was a Google Books result: 'Proceedings' by Delaware County historical society. page 212: "Children of William Smith and Margaret Frame: Eleanor Smith m. George Stevenson, who died about 1863; a son of John and Judith (Dutton) Stevenson. They are reported to have had three children, to wit: Smith, Edwin, now of Chester, and a daughter, who m. William Roan, also of Chester, Pa." Let me know if you have trouble finding this. It seems that this could be the person you are looking for...Eleanor Smith, whose mother's maiden name was Frame. If you go back to the previous page, it says that Margaret Frame (her mother) was born in 1781. That would make her 38 at the time of Eleanor's birth. The one part that doesn't match up is that these people appear to be in Chester or Delaware Co, PA, not Indiana. Also, it lists George and Eleanor Sevenson's children as Smith, Edwin, and a daugher who married William Roan. Is your descendent Smith Stevenson, Edwin Stevenson or Mrs. William Roan?
