Dear Ruby, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this is an unfriendly list. I hope that you are continuing to monitor this list which has so much to offer. Searching the archived list posts has provided a lot of information I did not even know was available anywhere before being a member of this list. When I was a newcomer I received - and continue to receive welcome good advice. Our administrator, Sandra, is the best, most helpful list-admin I have found anywhere. Google is an excellent first choice for finding many many kinds of information -- so good that books have been written by non-Google people regarding even more ways to utilize it. Anna
