In brief... Sandra managed the list with a strong hands-on approach which is what is needed most days on one of these email lists. People can tend to stray too far off line very easily and we all need some advice(LOL) from above occaisionally. Sandra IS what a list admin should be. She knows the format and the subject and stays involved. Many list admins are there in name only or rarely step in until WAY too late to resolve an issue. That wasn't so brief, sorry.
