    3. I have viewed many of the online Chester County web sites and find no mention of how to obtain copies of annual returns, so I am asking for help in that regard. How/where may I obtain annual returns of estates' administrators/executors? TIA Mary Frances

Website: http://www.chesco.org/archives/ e-mail them at [email protected] Explanations of what they have and how to gain access to them; they are not a genealogical research service but they will send you specifically requested records for a modest fee.
