I have not seen the name John (E.) Jackson associated with this family. If there is a John E. Jackson who died in 1761, it is not the one who married Sarah Miller of our discussions. That John Jackson did not die until 1791 - his death is recorded in the records of New Garden M.M., Chester, PA. John's second marriage to Margaret Hayes is also recorded as 15 11mo 1769 at the Londongrove M.H. The Rebecca Jackson, b. 12 1mo 1697 in Oldcastle, Meath, Ireland and who married Jeremiah Starr as his first wife, before he married Margaret Hayes, is the sister of John Jackson who married Sarah Miller....so, John Jackson married his second wife - Margaret Hayes - who had been the wife of his brother in law!
