There is no mention of any of these folks in the HISTORY OF CHESTER COUNTY, by Futhey and Cope.....there were Maxwells and even Bingman/Bingaman, but none that fit. I checked on the Records and Archives online site, and they have, on record, administrative papers for an Abraham Maxwell, 1832, London Grove.......no will, but there are papers and an inventory. You may order those by mail....visit Records and Archives and you'll find out 'how to' get them. In the mean time, as you know the twp he lived in, this should be a clue as to where to be looking for the family - London Grove twp.
