At first glance, I wonder if you have looked at the earlier census, looking for her in the home of her parents. She won't be enumerated by name, but will be there by age and sex, so you should pay attention to all Coopers in census after her birth ...and research any Coopers with a girl child the right age to be Hannah.. I looked through the Pa wills for the surname Riale, and find none in Chester, before 1840, and only 2 before 1900, if memory serves.... but there were quite a few mentions in Bucks Co....so this might be something to explore....or do you know of Richard's parentage? There are also Coopers in Bucks Co....also, a good many Hannah Coopers in various Phil. Co wills...so, the name is not uncommon in the whole area, I'm afraid. Richard didn't seem to have left a will or adm. papers, at least in Chester Co, but Hannah Riale did....1891....file# 23275. You can visit the Archives and Records Chester Co online site and read how to obtain a copy....it won't list her parents, but wills are always interesting and impart a good deal of info. Futhey and Cope discuss a Cooper family, descended from James Cooper, who came to Pa in 1684.....I don't see a Hannah the right age to be the one you seek, but this family DOES have several Hannahs. These folks were Quakers, but many families had switched religions in several hundred years, so this could be your Hannah's family..religion not withstanding. I know she was born 23 Aug 1810 in Pennsylvania and died Sep 1890 being buried in Russellville, Chester, PA, USA at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. I have been able to find her on Census for 1840, 1850, 1860, 1870 and 1880 - all after she married Richard Riale (1798-1867) on 2 Oct 1830. They had 9 Children: Joshua RIALE (1834-Bef 1934), Joseph Evan RIALE (1836-1872), Amanda RIALE (1838-1896), Nathan RIALE (1840-1909), Richard RIALE (1842-Bef 1942), Elizabeth D RIALE (1844-Bef 1944), Hill RIALE (1846-1904), James Madison RIALE (1849-1872), and Lydia M RIALE (Abt 1853-Bef 1953).
