Amy, Were did you write for her death certificate? Was it Philadelphia Archives or Vital records in New Castle, Pa. There is a few possiblities that she was buried but didn't die were she was buried? She would have died somewher else. DO you have her obit or death notice? If you did go through Vital Records in New Castle, Pa. and got back a no-record letter and have everything filled out even the funeral director ( if she had one). DO you know that you can write a letter to the Sceratary of Board of Health who is Robert Zimmerman, Jr. and if you have proof that she died where you said that she died. It's possible he can help you? I had everything filled out and too was getting no-record on Bowers. I spent a lot of money and time trying to find his right death date. The date on his tombstone was wrong. I hit pay dirt, my cousin found his obit in the newspaper and the date was a year later. So, I made one last attempt and got everything returned with my check. and the new form. I put my foot down and sent off a e-mail to Mr. Zimmerman anexplaining my situation and with two days I had a phone call from manager of death departement saying that they had three people plus himself looking and found the death certificate. Now, It you still the no-record letter save it and when you have more postive proof of her place of death then I would send an e-mail to Mr. Zimmerman and see what he can do. Good-luck,
