The Topeka Daily Capital Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas Thursday - July 13, 1939 JAMES ORR Funeral services for James ORR, 71, former resident of Topeka, who died Monday in Clarksville, Ark., will be Friday morning at 9 o'clock at Penwell's Funeral Home. The place of burial has bot been decided. He was born near Pittsburgh, Pa., came to Berryton, Kan., with his parents when eight years old and lived most of his life in Topeka. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mattie ORR, of Clarksville; one daughter, Mrs. Ellen KNOLL, Topeka; three sons, James ORR, Reading; Glenn ORR, Hattisburg, Miss.; and Trueman ORR, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Ella LEWIS, Topeka, and Mrs. Mamie SIMS, Berryton; one brother, Hugh ORR, Lyndon; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
