I have a question.... well actually I have many but here's one for today. (~_*) The 1920 Westmoreland Co. Census lists my gr uncle Mark Hippard as the postmaster and owner of a "store". now the question.. Would there be a record of where the Westmoreland City Post Office was located at that time? 1920?
