Dear List, I have subscribed to this list for a short time, and I see others requesting lookups for obits, so, if this is ok to do, would someone be able to look up an obit for John GREIM, DOD is June 25, 1906. Burial is at Northwood Cemetery, Phila., PA., occupation is musician. His address at death was 4913 Walton Ave., Philadelphia, PA. I have tried to get this info from the Phila. Genealogy Society help page and by searching whereever possible to no avail. Thank you in advance if someone does this for me. Hi Lyn, My maiden name was Schenkel, father was William born in Philadelphia, his father was Herman, also born in Philadelphia in 1857 Am trying to find his father, John M. Schenkel born in Germany, Abt. 1820, married to Wilhemina ?????, died in Philadelphia. Hermans at least two brothers, Jacob, William that I know of. Do these names ring any bells with you?
