Hello Al, I had seen the James in KS in the 1900 and 1910 when searching for him earlier and think this family from the 1880 may be a possibility. The mother and children from this family remain in the same locations after 1880, Ellsworth cnty, Wyandotte cnty and share the same or similar parentage.. If it is the same family, James was 30 in the 1900 and 41 in the 1910 then he would have been born ca 1869 and ca. 11 in 1880. And if correct, Joseph and Bessie and James are in PA in the 1870.
