He was the son of Richard Bills & Eileen Owens but I could not find any records for Richard either prior to that. He should be in the Cambria County area around Hastings or even Barnesboro, PA. He & his wife Anna Mae Lann b. 01/22/1900 had children Betty, Richard, Robert, Ronald, & Danny. Anna lived in Hastings, PA in 1900 & 1910.
