    1. [PA-CENSUS-LOOKUP] message from admin-please respond
    2. Gail Steckel
    3. Since our list migrated to a new server (or whatever!), list messages have been way down. I've been investigating and not getting many answers. Some say your ISP may see the new messages as spam, others say they may be blocked. Now I have seen my own messages get through to the list, although the last one was delayed by almost 2 days. So many things have changed, and the new admin tools page is not as well laid out as the old one. So, as a test, I'm asking each of you to respond to this message, THROUGH THE LIST address, so that I can get an idea of how many messages are getting through. Thanks for your patience.
