Karen I did receive a reply regarding Franklin & Agnes CLIFTON and found them living in St. Augustine, Fl. in the 1930 census I am pretty sure it is the CLIFTON family I am looking for although I was quite surprised to find that they lived in St. Augustine, FL. as I know they were living in Phila. in the 1940's.
